This brace is made for the purpose of relieving pain cause by Tendinitis. People who run, hike, walk, ride bikes and more can make use of this for support on their knees. It is made of very soft material making it comfortable to wear. It has Velcro straps for adjusting the brace to your leg. You place it just below your knee, pull on the straps and adjust it how tight you want it. Some people find it comfortable to wear it next to their skin and other prefer to have it over their clothing. I felt it was very comfortable though for me a little irritating next to my skin. My only complaint was there was no instructions included with it. Otherwise it was perfect.
