I received this and have used it several time. It appears to be accurate compared to when I get my blood pressure checked at a health facility. I sometimes have a problem with instructions but with this it was very user friendly and easy to understand. You simple place it on your wrist securing it snug but not tight then press the power button while keeping the unit at heart level. The led read out is large for those of us who blind seeing close up, ha ha. It will store up to 60 reading and you are able to easily delete when ever you wish. The do provide a nice bag to store it in while not in use. The only thing I did not like about it is the top surface feels like a thin plastic cover which I do believe under that is a hard cover. Otherwise I feel it is a good unit for checking your blood pressure.
85% of the reviews for this are 3 stars plus with 62% being 5 stars. It has a comfortable fit, easy to use, has large numbers for easier viewing, stores 60 readings, easily deletes memory and it includes a carrying case and 2 AAA batteries.
