I do have one of the wrist BP monitors but my doctor was not in favor of those types so she recommended that I get one these types that go around the upper arm. So that is what I did. I have used this one and believe it to be accurate. I was very user friendly and easy to set up. They did provide the machine with being able to be used by 2 people with their own setting with 120 reading each. Also you don't have to use batteries, you can use the provided USB cable and plug it in which for me is a big plus. The price is reasonable compared to all that are available so if you are needing one this one is working great for me.
