I was very shocked when I received this because most recorders I have purchased are plastic and this one is metal. It is pretty easy to use. The sound is good. It comes with a USB cable to charge and connect to the computer. It has 16 GB memory which should be plenty. I was pretty amazed also with how sensitive the mic's were and what it picked up. I do paranormal investigating so it worked perfect for recording.
