One person said you get 5 for the price of one though really it should be for less then the price of one cause they can be $15 plus for one cord. These really feel pretty durable and they have the extra padding at the ends where the cable enters the plug in piece which is where most cables end up getting ruined. So with 5 you don't have to drag your cable everywhere you go you can leave one just about everywhere you need one.
