Anti Fatigue Mat

I do a lot of standing at the the kitchen sink washing stuff and just standing in the same spot for long periods of time it taxing on the back and legs. I have been using this anti fatigue mat for several day now and love it. I felt less strain on my back and legs pretty much instantly. It has a soft touch to it when standing on it. The mat is a tiny bit high and I was afraid that I would trip on the slight bump it has but I have not noticed that this is going to be an issue. I have not even come close to tripping on it. If you are one who stands in the same spot doing your work I would definitely recommending giving this mat a try.
